If it was a regular trade credit you had, you are probably out of luck unless you have the receipt from the trade in. Keep in mind the trade credit will only be there if it was put on the original power up rewards card that is linked to your account. I would recommend going to a nearby store and see if they can verify your account with your ID and contact customer service based off your power up account info, and depending on how busy they're (holiday season in effect) they may or may not do it for you, and you have to contact customer service yourself.ĮDIT: you don't need to renew or have a pro membership to access your trade credit. However, it may be treated like a gift card, in that the fine print says, if card is lost or stolen it cannot be retrieved. If you don't have the card anymore, or lost it, then you have to contact GameStop customer service to see if they can transfer the balance to a different card or get you the card number and pin so you access the trade credit manually. The trade credit is only from the actual original power up card and not the generic trade in credit cards you receive if you don't have a power up card. If it does show a trade balance, the original power up card (the big card or keychain card) is the one that you need in order to access the trade credit. If it doesn't, then you might have a different power up account on file.
